- We will cover all shipping costs associated with returning and replacing the item.
- Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered):
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We offer replacements for defective or damaged items. For non-defective items, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
